Donna Yeiser, MD, MBA, FAAP
Donna Yeiser’s journey in medicine has been deeply enriched by her passion for pediatrics and the business of medicine. In 2016, she left a pediatric partnership after 18 years and founded Columbus Pediatric Associates. Dr. Yeiser reports that embarking on this became an incredible learning experience and continues to be one. Managing a medical practice brought challenges beyond patient care, including human resources, operational strategies, and financial management. The learning curve was steep, but nothing has been more rewarding professionally than acquiring the knowledge necessary for success. This inspired her to further her professional education at Auburn University where she obtained a Physician Executive Master of Business Administration.
While she has always loved being a pediatrician, it has been through this journey that she discovered a new passion for the business side of medicine. This realization has inspired her to help others navigate the complexities of starting, improving, and expanding medical practices. Dr. Yeiser believes bringing both her medical perspective and business knowledge to her clients is important.

Linda Smith brings over 20 years of unparalleled experience in human resources, financial management, budgeting, payroll, and more. Her journey in medical consulting started in 2016 when she collaborated with Dr. Donna Yeiser to establish Columbus Pediatric Associates. With her assistance as practice manager, it has grown into a thriving and expanding practice. Linda was instrumental in every aspect of the start-up process, from credentialing with insurance companies to setting up and overseeing accounting and payroll. She has been pivotal in recruiting and staffing both medical and office personnel, ensuring the practice's growth and success.
Linda’s dedication to excellence shines through her active involvement in practice manager organizations within Georgia, the Georgia Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and on a national level. She regularly remains updated with industry changes and innovations, leveraging her expertise to help others navigate the complexities of managing a medical practice. Her vision is rooted in empowering others by sharing insights drawn from her own practice’s triumphs and the challenges that demanded adaptability.
